Our club is buzzing with events and activities all year round. After a year of successfully serving you all, we are finally moving a step closer towards are vision and hence we have come up with the Guild’s membership plans for you all. Becoming a member of The Orators Guild will enable you to take advantage of the plethora of opportunities and participate in all interesting events and activities which we have in store for you.
Note: Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, the club shall run online for the first six months considering the safety of our members, post which we shall be reviewing the future course of action considering the prevailing situation.
As a Member of The Orators Guild you can avail the following perquisites which we offer in the membership plan
A minimum of three meet- ups every month designed to cover the following aspects:Debater’s Den
The club shall hold a monthly meet for our in-house debates and group discussions on a mutual topic which is chosen by the guild. We are here to create a positive environment for healthy debating and also creating a platform to welcome fresh problem solving ideas on social issues and world problems which we very strongly feel lies in the hands and the minds of the active youth of any country. At the same time, we will be working on improving the public speaking skills of our members by dropping our expert guidance from time to time to prepare them for the road that lies ahead of them in the world of Oratory.
Having said that, our endeavour is to provide maximum exposure to our guild members. Hence during the course of the membership, we shall be taking the best of our orators from each tenure to the following national and international platforms:
JUNIOR ONLINE MODEL UNITED NATIONS: An online MUN program designed for middle school students, providing them with an opportunity to participate in the Model UN for discussing the world’s most pressing issues.
NATIONAL SPEECH AND DEBATE TOURNAMENT: Since 1931 the National Speech and Debate Tournament has elevated public speaking. Every summer more than 6,000 middle and high school students travel to the largest academic competition in the world to debate current events, voice their views and share their stories.

Our members shall be entitled to the following privileges:
Book Recommendations Find out the best books from various genres which make it to the top of our charts every month.
Book Meets BYOB (Bring your own book) YES! You heard that right! We appreciate and respect everyone’s reading preferences. Hence our book meets which shall be held once a month shall provide you the opportunity to share your thoughts on your favourite read from the month, discuss your favourite character, make alternate endings etc.
Book Swap Parties While we all know how treasured a bookworm’s belongings are, we do encourage a book Swap Party once a while where you get to own a surprise book brought up by a fellow member and discover new genres that you might have never explored. How wonderful does that Sound!?
Writer’s Haven
Membership
The club shall meet once a month to focus on content writing to encourage the budding writers to pen their thoughts, views and opinions. Every month we shall be announcing one topic and all the members shall be asked to submit their articles by the end of the month. All of those shall be published on our Blog Bulletin and the best ones shall also stand a chance to be published in some renowned newspapers, social media platforms etc.
Age Criteria: At Present The Orators Guild is opening its doors for kids within the age bracket of 11-21 years.
